Pre-Treatment
Winhall has its very own seven-tank chromium pre-treatment facility on site, and enjoys Approved Applicator status for the world’s leading powder coating manufacturers. Our specialist pre-treatment guarantees unrivalled durability, and because we do it all in-house, we’ll happily offer back-to-back warranties of 25+ years.
Powder Coating
Winhall carries out all powder coating on site within one of the UKs’ largest facilities, typically by hand for higher precision and a superior finish. All Winhall powder coating equipment meets British and European Standards BS EN 12206-1:2004.
