The second phase of an ongoing redevelopment in Sheffield on the old steelworks site consisting of six blocks of apartments for student accommodation, mixing traditional brickwork with more contemporary polyester powder coated aluminium cladding systems including aluminium copings, flashings and trims.

Our Solution
These individual apartment blocks were constructed using a mix of brick colours interspersed with two bespoke cladding systems, a recessed fixed 3mm thick aluminium cassette panel and a more industrial sinusoidal cladding panel, powder coated to offset the brickwork, the cassette panels and associated flashings and trims were finished in PPC RAL 7016 Anthracite grey and 9006 Metallic Silver, whilst the sinusoidal cladding and sundries were powder coated Ordos, copper Metalic and 1002 sand yellow.
